OREGON CARTOON INSTITUTE

One day, I stumbled across the OREGON CARTOON INSTITUTE's website. I thought it could use a refresh so I just contacted them. Anne Richardson promptly contacted me back and instantly, we saw eye to eye. I have been helping them out for the last five months now. We've finally gotten the new OCI site up and running and so far so good. The client is beyond pleased and I think the stark white and minimalism of the site works well with the subject.
